2. Why is the actual power output lower than 200W?
The 200W rating is based on Standard Test Conditions (STC): 1000W/m² irradiance, 25°C cell temperature, and AM1.5 spectrum. In real-world use, actual output will vary depending on panel angle, temperature, shading, wiring losses, and device efficiency. Therefore, it is normal for the actual power to be below 200W.
3. Why is the actual output sometimes lower than 100W/200W?
The panel's rated wattage is measured under perfect lab conditions, so getting less power in real-world use is completely normal — your panel is working exactly as it should!
4. Why is my solar panel under producing ?
Solar panel performance can be affected by a number of factors. The most common ones are environmental—indirect sunlight, high temperatures, cloudy skies, and dirt or stains on the glass surface—all of which can reduce power output.
