AeternaSol – Product Warranty & Quality Guarantee

At AeternaSol, we are committed to delivering high-performance solar energy solutions built for long-term reliability and sustainability. All solar panels and energy storage systems are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

  • Products delivered with physical damage, including cracked glass, bent frames, broken connectors, or damaged enclosures.

  • Manufacturing defects that affect normal operation, such as junction box failures, delamination, or internal cell defects.

  • Products that do not match the specifications, capacity, or quantity stated at the time of purchase.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Normal degradation of power output over time due to environmental exposure (e.g., light-induced degradation).

  • Cosmetic changes such as minor discoloration, surface scratches, or oxidation that do not affect performance.

  • Damage caused by improper installation, mishandling during transport after delivery, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow installation and maintenance guidelines.

  • Damage resulting from extreme weather events, natural disasters, fire, vandalism, or electrical surges beyond specified limits.

  • Products installed in non-approved configurations or used for purposes other than their intended application.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized distributors or third-party resellers.

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and continues as follows:

  • Solar Panels: 12 years for materials and workmanship; 25-year linear power output guarantee (subject to separate performance warranty terms).

  • Energy Storage Systems: 5 years for materials and workmanship, or 10 years subject to specific model terms (whichever is applicable).

For defect-related claims only, coverage applies from delivery through the end of the respective warranty period.

Remedy

If a valid defect is confirmed, you can make a choice of below:

  • Replace the defective product(s) free of charge, or

  • Issue a full refund for the defective product(s), including shipping costs

AeternaSol reserves the right to request photographic evidence, serial numbers, and proof of purchase before processing any claim.

How to File a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us within 30 days of discovering the defect:
