All orders are processed and shipped from our localized warehouses. Please note the following timelines:

Note: We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Washington, D.C. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
3. Shipping Cost
USA:
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and order total. For orders shipping to the contiguous U.S. (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), free standard shipping is available on purchases of $49 or more; otherwise, a flat rate of $15 will apply. Please note that orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to the same $49 minimum spend requirement to qualify for free shipping, with the same $15 flat fee applied to orders below this threshold.
Canada:
Free shipping on orders over $49! Otherwise, a $15 shipping fee applies.
UK & Germany:
Free shipping on orders over $49! Otherwise, a $15 shipping fee applies.
France & Italy:
Free shipping on orders over $49! Otherwise, a $30 shipping fee applies.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.
5. Damages, Shortages, and Missing Items
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.

If you notice any significant damage to the outer packaging, please take photos and write "Refused due to damage" when signing for the delivery.

Any hidden damages, defects, or missing components must be reported to our customer support team at contact@aeternasol.net within 3 business days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos or videos of the issue.
