Our Warehouse

Our warehouse is located in the USA. This allows us to provide you with reliable shipping service.

1. Order Processing & Transit Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our localized warehouses. Please note the following timelines:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST, GMT-5 – New York) - Business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)

  • Handling Time (Order Processing): 1 business day (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)

  • Transit Time (Delivery): 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)

  • Estimated Delivery Date: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays)

Note: Deliveries are not typically made on weekends or public holidays. 

2. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders across the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states) and Washington, D.C.

Note: We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Washington, D.C. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

3. Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping address and the weight of the items in your order. For orders shipped to eligible destinations within the contiguous United States, standard shipping is not free of charge.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours.

5. Damages, Shortages, and Missing Items

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive.

  • If you notice any significant damage to the outer packaging, please take photos and write "Refused due to damage" when signing for the delivery.

  • Any hidden damages, defects, or missing components must be reported to our customer support team at support@aeternasol.net within 3 business days of delivery, accompanied by clear photos or videos of the issue.
